RECOMMENDATIONS:

• Before wiring the VFD, run the spindle at different speeds and test with a multimeter that you are getting a 0-10vdc from the analog output terminals that is proportional to the commanded speed.  The Relays should also activate to start the spindle in the commanded direction.  This will confirm that your configuration is OK.
• After wiring, make sure to configure the VFD to take the control signals from the terminals.
• Keep in mind that you need to configure the VFD to take the control signals through the terminals:

  • PARAMETER	VALUE	DESCRIPTION
    05	A1.A2	Analog voltage input on terminal 2 and analog current input on terminal 5 selected by terminal 12. Jog selected by terminal 13

• For the parameter to work make sure the VDF works in EUR mode
