Hardware used: C76 Rev.4, C34HS2 and 6060D Hybrid Servo Driver

RECOMMENDATIONS:

  • If the drivers fault when you try to move them, then encoder signals or motor coils are inverted.  You can switch A and B encoder channels or A and B motor coils. 
  • Make sure to check that the driver is set to take +5vdc TTL signals.  Some drivers come setup to take +24vdc signals. 
  • You may need to invert the active high/low for the fault signals.
  • You may need to adjust the potentiometer to the point where the system can detect the fault ok.
