I installed the C25 board on the ESS board, and I do not have any connections made to the C25, can I now use the CNC?Do I need to add any files to use the C25 with mach3 and the 2010 ScreenSet? Or do I use the standard Config and other files in Mach3?

The C25 is a basic breakout board, it basically just adds terminals and buffers for the signals. You do not need any special configuration or files. Just make sure to configure to use pins 2-9 as inputs.
