Michael,

I am sorry for the delay in getting to you.  I just saw this thread.  In the future if you need help it is a lot faster to open a support ticket: https://cnc4pc.com/contact/

I am sure you are following the wiring in the manual for an NPN connection.  Please use a multimeter to measure the voltage on that pin while active and inactive and tell me what you see.  It would also be great if you could send some pictures of the wiring so I can understand what you are doing.

Another thought about this, is that it may be easier in these cases to use boards that take the +24vdc logic directly, like the C79 or C80.

Hello,

I have a CNC4PC C10S breakout board and I try to connect three NPN sensors (normally closed). The sensors are from ImpulseCNC (inductive switch shielded 12NOC2A-S NPN). The BOB is powered by 5 volts and the sensors by 24 volts. Now I have two schemes, namely one from ImpusleCNC and one from the manual of the PDO. The diagram from the manual indicates that a +/- 25 Kohm resistor must be used while the image of ImpulseCNC does not have this. The scheme of ImpulseCNC is actually meant for USBCNC.
