Mukesh,

The C25 is not compatible with the M45.  You need to use the C62 with the M45.

These are the steps for setting up a UC300ETH Controller

  1. Make sure the controller is connected to an Ethernet port on the PC and powered with LEDs ON.
  2. Run the UC Utility problem to establish the connection, set a fixed IP on the PC's LAN cad and whitelist de device on the network:http://cncdrive.com/MC/UC400ETH%20files%20for%20manual%20installation/Plugin/UCxxx_utility.zip
  3. Install the UCCNC Software: https://cncdrive.com/UCCNC.html.
  4. Copy the suplied license file into the UCCNC directory.  Make sure to modify the name to remove the serial number from the filename.
  5. Start UCCNC and it should recognize the board the board and motherboard.  It should also not be running in demo mode.
  6. If you have an installer, then close UCCNC and run the installer.  In the case of the 4 axes machine using the C76 you can use this installer: http://cnc4pc.com/Tech_Docs/UCCNC-C76-5XSD_V1.zip
  7. Restart UCCNC and do final instalations, like setting motor travel, set max spindle speed, etc...

If you run into trouble during this process, do not hesitate to open a ticket and we will gladly give you a hand with this: https://cnc4pc.com/contact/
